Unit 21 provided us with an incredible view and a spacious entertainment area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the reserve. the attentive staff, especially Tebogo, went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless and even assisted with firewood and directions. the well-maintained chalets and the clear communication regarding water issues demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction and comfort. the superb food and service at the restaurant further enhanced our experience, with friendly staff and a clean pool adding to the overall charm of the resort. Truly a wildlife lover's paradise, we cannot wait to return to Bakgatla Resort for another unforgettable stay!
